Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that delays might occur during high-demand periods, but we will always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times and do not account for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping costs with free local pickup at our office located at 1340 S Dixie Hwy Ste 110, Miami, FL. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.)
We ship to addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Delays
Hydrology Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with the provided tracking number for updates. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the package is with the carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@hydrologywellness.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
